Mystical Ninja is a solid, quirky, and entirely rehashed title that holds its own well against the horde of painful Mario clones.
The only possible way I could recommend this game is if you're an avid Olympic hockey fan.
The well-drawn graphics are perhaps the game's strongest point, especially in the dunks and instant replays.
Konami's International Superstar Soccer series has been the pinnacle of soccer excellence on any other console it has graced, so the GB conversion arrives with plenty of high hopes attached.
