Conker: Live and Reloaded definitely does its predecessor justice.
Gameplay
The gameplay itself is the same as in Bad Fur Day, the story is the same, the only improvement is the controller scheme matches that of any other adventure game for the Xbox, and the shooter portion of the game is a lot better than the N64 version. Also, the humor is hilarious, as in the original. The added multiplayer is the biggest addition to the game (besides the graphical makeover). It puts in the war theme that introduces itself toward the end of the game. You can also pick which side you fight for, the Tediz or the SHC, as well as a fighter class, including grunts, snipers, rogues, and demolitions experts.
Graphics
The graphics are absolutely amazing. Conker just might be the best looking Xbox game ever...period. The texture rendering, environments, character models, are done perfectly.
Sound
The sound is awesome as well. The voice acting is right on, every character has a perfect voice that macthes its personality, whether it be drunk scarecrow, a pissed off gargoyle or some redneck farm tools. The music is awesome too, its a very good soundtrack that macthes the feel of the particular moment perfectly.
Conker: Live and Reloaded is definitely worth buying if your a fan of the original, and if you haven't played the original (shame on you) then you would do well to at least give this version a try.
