A nice game to play after finishing No One Lives Forever 2 for hours of fun. Not as bad as the critics say...
You'll get some flashbacks, as lots of the textures in the game and 3d models are taken from No One Lives Forever 2, as you'll see wanted posters of Cate Archer and you'll even see her one time.
The graphics are OK for a 2003 game and are rendered with the beloved Jupiter engine made by Monolith, which is the same engine used for No One Lives Forever 2. The main menu is stylized in the Contract Jack's style but it's clearly evident that it's the same main menu as No One Lives Forever 2.
Now you're going to think: hey, it's a rip-off! No it isn't, it's just more of the good stuff that was in NOLF2.
Gameplay: It isn't stealth as No One Lives Forever 2, and lots of the stealth-elements are now removed to make the game more action-centered. And it does a pretty good job.
Soundtrack: Same as NOLF2
Overall: It's a good game that is worth playing after No One Lives Forever 2. It isn't as good as the no one lives forever games, but it's worth playing. Not as good as Far Cry 1 or Half-Life 2 or something else, but you won't think you wasted your money.
