I don't know whether to laugh at it or simply drive in the beautifully done New York.
You play as Dan-... Something or other. To tell you the truth, I don't remember his last name and that about sums up the game: Not memorable but it'll pass the time. *cough cough* Anyways, You're a illegal street racer turned cop trying to stop a terrorist group called- Wait for it! BOMB ZOMBIE! Throught the "story" you'll go undercover and use connections from your past to try and bring them down before they do something. ( I'm assuming something to do with bombs ) The story is far from it's strong point. You won't care for any of the characters by the end and won't even completely know what the hell IS going on. You'll get twelve guns ( For your twelve gun slots. How convenient! ) and get to choose which ones do and don't use depending on your style. The firing is over the sholder and is completely different from how you walk around and can feel very clumsy switching between the two. Especially, when you're just thrown into a fire-fight. You'll have other things other than weapons in your hands from time to time two get from point A to B and do "puzzles". Driving through New York is its own reward and quite fun going sight-seeing. Car controls work quite well, with a bit of a variety of vehicels. They're fast, more oftain that not uncontrolable when you get going real fast, and are quite durable given. You'll have a fare amount of missions chasing cars and getting to certian points in a given time limit and you'll always wonder how the COMS are able to control their cars, even speeding in sports cars. I personally enjoyed it dispite its flaws and a few glitches, unrewarding side-quests ( and unrewarding rewards for that matter! ) and lack luster end... As it said, it kept me busy...
