Counter Strike:Source attempted to create a new version of the classic great Counter Strike. Unfortunately source fell short, two completely different games (game play wise). Yes the graphic's are improved which was much needed but they distorted all the maps and changed the way weapons fire and hit. The real competitors of Counter Strike wanted a game that had improved graphic's and improved hitbox's not a game in which one can run around and spray a full clip and tag people in the head from a mile away. Point being is they changed far to much, the weapons and maps are all the same names but the layouts are different. This game isn't a Counter Strike game. When it comes down to it, this game is more designed for the casual gamer rather then the competitive one. Fact that there is still more action on the original proves that source came up short and didn't please the majority of its fan base.
