Counter Strike is one of the best online FPSs out there, so a port to XBOX to play on XBOX LIVE is deemed to be a good idea. It is.

Counter Strike has near abysmal graphics to be honest, considering the looks of some other successful LIVE FPSs. However the formula of gameplay is top. I have spent numerous hours playing this game and it fails to disappoint. Controls are simple and can be tailored for you which is always better than presets.

There are plenty of maps to play on and if you feel your perfromance isn't all that good you can train on the single player with bots. Not the most challenging thing but make the difficulty at the highest and you can get a good match.

I would recommend this to someone who doesn't have a PC capable of running Half-Life 2 which is bundled with Counter Strike Source. Even if you do have a PC capable, it's still a solid online shooter.
