Crash Bandicoot

I cannot believe this masterpiece recieved a 6.8. Crash Bandicoot remains one of the greatest games ever created.

I am entirely shocked at GameSpot's low rating of Crash Bandicoot, which, despite lacking the flash of TwinSanity, was and remains a masterpiece.

Crash Bandicoot is almost entirely lacking in story, but this is no bad thing here. Some games don't need a particularly developed story, and Crash is one of them. You will guide our lovable insane marsupial through three islands toward the castle of the megalomaniacal Dr. Neo Cortex where Crash's girlfriend, Tawna, is held captive.

Exciting boss battles, creative level designs, and perfect gameplay make it not surprising that this game sparked one of the best-selling franchises of all time. If you are a fan of platformers, games, or fun for that matter, Crash is a must-buy.
