Even though this game is cheaply made, I'd still take it over Mario Party any day of the week. At least in Crash Bash, the minigames are first and foremost. They actually take some skill to win instead of just dumb luck. Granted, most of them really aren't that creative, as the majority of them are based off a basic template and given a minor tweak to make it just a little bit different. This could lead to some really good ones (Melt Panic, Space Bash, etc.) to some lame ones (Manic Panic, Drain Bash, etc.). Kind of a mixed bag.
The single player adventure mode is kind of a wash though. Playing against AI can either be really easy or a little hard depending on which game you're playing. The definite thing is that it's pretty boring playing against bots. Oh well, at least there's a Co-Op mode for it for what that's worth (not much). Not to mention that the crystal challenges spice things up a little bit.
