A fun,and engrossing entry into the Crash Bandicoot franchise.
The visuals in Twinsanity really stand apart from many PS2 titles. They're colorful, vibrant, and nice to look at.The character models are usually smooth, with the exception of a few rough corners. The frame rate is steady, never dropping to an unplayable level. Most of the levels are well crafted too.The graphics are really good all in all.
The soundtrack is a real hit or miss. Some may find it annoying as all heck, and others might think it fits the game perfectly.I'm some where in between. All the sound effects are, once again, well done. The voice acting is good, the presentation is great.
Twinsanity is a mixed bag of different game play styles. You'll usually be platforming, and jumping on boxes/enemies,but they're are quite a few sections where you play as different characters, such as Cortex's daughter.Mini-games are abundant as well in this title, most are fun to play, and can be very comical. The controls are very good, easy to remember, always work correctly, and never feel cheap. The only thing holding back Twinsanity in this section, are the difficulty spikes. For the most part, the game is relatively easy, but the difficulty can spike at times, and catch you by surprise.Over all though,Twinsanity is a very fun game.
Final Verdict:Crash Twinsanity was/is one of the last good Crash Bandicoot games, its kid-friendly,funny,fun,and just a great game.
