Very relaxing setting, beautiful visuals.

User Rating: 7.5 | CreaVures PC
First off, gamespot doesn't have any video footage of this game on site, but Steam does (either type in CreaVures in the search bar on Steam or use this http://store.steampowered.com/video/49810/80634 to link straight to the trailer). The regular price is only $9.99, it has low requirements which I will list, and it's a SteamPlay game- meaning it runs on both PC/Mac, and with SteamPlay games, you only have to purchase it once- and if you own both PC/Mac- you can load it on both with just the single purchase. (Available IP as well).

O.K. requirements are as follows:
For PC: OS (operating system) Windows XP or later
Processor: 2GHz CPU
Memory: 512Mb (1GB for Vista)
Graphics: Dedicated Video Card w/128Mb of Video Memory

The game (available on Steam) includes Steam Achievements, single player, and you can use mouse/keyboard or a controller.

This game is very relaxing and the atmosphere really draws you in, you want to keep going and explore the beautiful setting. There are 5 CreaVures total, and you can even use 2 of them at time. Sometimes you need to switch over to use one that has an ability that another lacks to get through certain places in the level (similar to Trine- how you'd switch to solve platforming puzzles). (Example: One has a long tail that another CreaVure needs to traverse an area, as can be seen in the video trailer mentioned above). There are always 2- they travel together (you start breifly with one, then it meets up with another). The basic premise of the game is the CreaVures are trying to save the forest they live by restoring light to it. This is a game you can let your kids play, but you can play and enjoy as well. It's simple, especially for platforming vets but the atmosphere and beautiful setting keep you invested.

I don't normally play platformers (usually play rpg, strategy, fps, action) but this game's 18 levels of 'interactive, physics-based puzzle platforming and epic boss battles' was a nice change from the mayhem and carnage :) (I wouldn't really call the bosses 'epic' that's a very over used term). If you're in the mood for a platformer that everyone in your family can play and enjoy, I reccommend CreaVures.

With the multiple (5) CreaVures, you'd assume they'd add co-op, but I don't know if they added it or not yet. This game was released this year, February 23, 2011 and is from Indie Developers Muse.

(I played this game without incident {ran nice and smoothly} on Win7-64bit, nVidia GTX 460(x2), 1TB HardDrive, 6GB RAM).
