Who on earth enjoys listening to Mark Nicholas say the same things every ball? And Dravia. Don't they mean Dravid.....
"Hit straight to a fielder", .... Next ball "Hit sraight to a fielder" in a really bad Aussie slur.
And "that was a beautiful strike" when you bowl the batter out.
The music is of the same standard of all the EA sports titles.
Visuals: When a balls misses the stumps, why do the bails fall of the wickets? The graphics are a slight improviment to Cricket 06, but they're still blocky and not enough of an improvement to deem the title of an upgrade.
Gameplay: The gameplay is buggy, and like all the other criket games LBWs are not out when they should be and vice versa. Also you can be stumpted when you are clearly in your crease.
The final nail in the coffin for Cricket 07 is the fact that they don't have the permission to use most cricketers names. Take the team India for example. Dravid's name in this game is Dravia. And Pathan is something like Pathaner.
The only reason why this game is worth more then a 2 out of 10 rating and worth playing for more than a few hours is it's co-op play. There's a strang sense of achievement when you knock a six with a mate.
All and all Cricket 07 Is just another failer from EA Games. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!
