Crimson skies gives players a great sense of arcarde flight but manages to keep itself in the confines of reality with some real physics. The graphics are top notch and the action can get intense. Who can resist wanting to shoot down an air blimp thats got all its guns blazing at you, while you struggle to avoid incoming missles. They start you off slow and show you everything that you will need to know. Most of the moves like using using brakes for tighter turning and thrusters for extra speed come naturaly, but there are a few instances where you'll need to learn quick reversal moves. Even though they teach you this stuff in the beginning of the game, theres nothing like actually pulling these moves where your under enemy fire.
I have not yet completed this game, but I can assure you Its a rare daimond in the ruft, and its sure to be easy on your wallet in one of the bargin bins.
