Great game, but doesnt hold the Final Fantasy feel
For a PSP game, the game has Great graphics. The characters movements are smooth and dont look too stiff, givin the power of the psp. The story is great. Its alot better than most prequels that are made into games.
The thing that really killed the game was that, and it was the same with final fantasy X and XII, it wasnt a open map game like the classic final fantasy games. instead it is a set map until you get to unlock somewhere else.
The battle system wasn't bad, but it wasnt really great either. Some battles got a little frustrating trying to keep track of where everybody was and attacking someone at the same time.
The Voice acting was really good. it gave the people a little more meaning and helped show a little more feelings among different characters, except Sepheroth, who was his usual "keep a cool badass attitude all the time" thing.
