It is a game with a idea,but........
first the good things a)history-the games history and its reliability-
b)you can raise large amounts of armies if you have the population.
c)time flows fast ,one day is as a second, for some that is a bad thing, but in other paradox games time flows VERY slow as in HOI.
d)as for me i come from a small country in europe and to se that somebody remembered it and to put it in a game is fascinating-at least for me-
e)music-there is nothing special to say about this, yust that the music is very good-
second the bad things a)as you expand your number og regions as from 4-40 you will experience multiple rebellions from not very loyal vassals-counties and duchies-but again you need them in the game, your main territory can only control 2-4 regions if it has 2 of 12 regions controlled ,well there will be nasty rebelions in the uncontrolled.and that is the only and the main reason why a gave a 7.5,well the rest, graphics, pity diplomatics, small kingdoms have small dynasties and that is not good.
One hard thing in the game is that you cant win a war if you have 5000 man ready for war and the enemy has got 50000 man,YOU WILL LOSE!!!
So you need to have an pack of armies like 20000 man at once and not split them in any time or you will lose all the battles, trust me,my experience a war against the Tripoli and Seljuk sultanate,it was not nice especially against the seljuks
The conclusion of this review is that the game is good and a remake on the main problems would benefit us all.So if you love medieval European history, this is your game.
