Crysis is a game that does not quite live up to its potential. Yes the graphics are stunning however there are a few downsides. The game has a little too much icing on it. The first 1/3 or so of the game has nearly nothing to do with the plot and does not build up to the main theme as well as it could have. I do feel that this game is a must have for those who like great graphics and/or physics. The A.I is intelligent, and the enemy is convincing. Throughout my play through on EASY, I found the game to be very difficult. I am not a very strategic gamer, so my run and gun style did not mesh well with this game. For a while it was one frustrating part after another. I had times where each checkpoint took me 5-10 tries to get to. This aside, Crysis was all in all an enjoyable experience. It had a nice balance of open jungle play and set destinations and allows for lots of creativity in what kind of soldier you want to be. Whether you want to be stealthy or not, you can have a lot of fun with this game. I do recommend Crysis to FPS fans, Sci-Fi fans and anyone who appreciated a good game and/or amazing graphics.
