I wondered if this game could be fun and it sure was. This is what would happen if Metal Slug was set in a modern war story. This game does a great job combining Metal Slug like sidescrolling shooter action with the early PC game Raptor flying missions. There aren't that many missions but they are long and sometimes hard. The graphics and controls are very good as well. This game is the best side scrolling shooter out there on the GBA and it is way better than the Splinter Cellls on the GBA. I look forward to playing the second and third installments but until then this game will have to do. This is one of the best GBA games out there and should not be missed if you love side scrolling action.
