Why this game is classified as an RPG is beyond me.

This is definitely no RPG. Sure, it's alright if you are looking for a hack-and-slash Diablo type game for the PS2 but that's about as far as it goes. You really don't get any feel for the character in the start of the game, though that's all I've managed to stomach so far. The games progression works like a strategy game where you go from one town to a different town and solve the problem. But then on the game map, you go into Diablo game mode where you just run around and hack everything to bits as best you can. There's very little RP to it at all. You don't feel like your character plays the role that is supposedly assigned to it and as for equipment and skills, those are complicated to figure out. Maybe after I've played it some more, it will get easier but right from the start, it's just way to complicated to understand. And you don't get any tutorials on how to play the game either, your just through in head long and running. Not a great way to start any game, particularly an RPG. I may update this later after I've finished the game but as of right now, this is where I'm at here.
