Dark Cloud 2 is a fantastic game, a must for any RPG fan. If you were kind of disappointed or very let down by the first game of the series this will more than make up for it. The graphics and gameplay both are so much better you won't believe it is from the same series and the music ranges from very good to excellent. I personally hate clowns so starting off the game by clobbering some particularly nasty ones was just an added bonus. During different parts of the game there are side missions that include fishing, golf and building a big robot to use in your fight among the other quests. Building towns is still included in the game but it isn't so repetitive, stiff and boring as it was in the original Dark Cloud game, and the end result is a lot better looking. I was hooked on this game after the first scene showed and really hope another one is in the works.
