Unappreciated by most, but a refreshingly good game.

Dark Sector is good, I feel that it doesn't get the fame it deserves, I had a lot of fun with it. It's got a pretty good story, the gameplay is unique and interesting, as it is based on the "Glaive" players use to cut stuff up.

I went into the game thinking it wasn't going to be that great, however when I played it I was instantly sucked in. You need to give the beginning some time before you can truly begin to appreciate it.

It shouldn't be overlooked in a few minutes of gameplay.
It has an interesting setting, and decent graphics for it's time. Some animations and effects didn't look too great, but this doesn't hinder my rating of the game any.

All in all I rated it a 9.0 for good and fulfilling story, and fun gameplay.

It was a blast from the past from when games actually used to be good and have puzzle elements along with action and story combined into one.

Definitely worth a try, I truly enjoyed the time I took to play it.
