Disliking this game for its difficult is a poor decision.

Dark Souls (2011)

Although you might this offensive, if you're any number of Gamers whom chose to criticize DS for its challenging difficulty, I apologize, you've failed as a Gamer.

Ask yourself, what is the point of a game? To provide a great story? A great experience? To challenge thee? Yes, to all three.

Now ask yourself this; are the greatest accomplishments, feats that were easily achieved or those requiring perseverance and dedication in order to overcome challenging obstacles. OBVIOUSLY, the latter is the correct choice.

Fortunately Dark Souls is as enjoyable as it is difficult. Grinding isn't very tedious and there are locations early in the game capable of gathering 1000 souls in about 1 minute or so.

Give your pride as a "True Gamer" a rest and immerse in this frightening, adventurous challenge.
