Ehhh. Darkstalkers does an ok job on the PSP.

To tell everyone the truth, I think the fact that Darkstalkers was never that popular and the unfamiliar characters just brings down the experience. Sure, Darkstalkers has a solid fighting engine with throws, combos, super moves, etc. but, I just think the fact that the unrecognizable characters to some people might just classify it as just another fighting game. The graphics are good and theres a lot of goodies hidden inside. Also, DO NOT MAKE DARKSTALKERS YOUR ONLY PSP GAME. IF ITS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN PLAY ON YOUR PSP, IT WILL BECOME HIGHLY BORING AND REPETITIVE. Skip this one and pick up Street Fighter instead.

  Old school 2D fighter sports a great aesthetic but suffers a bit from the PSP's unwielding D-pad.
