If you enjoy City building and finding out what is "around the next bend" then this is for you. There is a considerable amount of micro management involved and it can be a little confusing as to how you are to achieve an end. There are many prompts to tell you what you could or should do but some are .. missing .. but in a weird way I kind of like this .. it's kind of like real life. Ironically this missing assistance adds an immersive twist that I don't believe was intended. You really do feel like you are discovering both in city building and finding what is out there on the map. The graphics and sound are some of the best I have ever seen and I have played 100s of PC and console games. A few minor hiccups now and then so I do hope they have a patch in the future but with a good PC (dual core and supported video card) this is a really great game.
