Why World of Warcraft fans ruin other MMO'S

Ok, so with that said; I myself am a very BIG fan of WOW. Both during WOW's high times and yes, the not so high. Games are complex and new MMO's especially really are challenged with the task of expanding the genre. In many ways Wow has spoiled us (I won't go into that now). WOW fans use their bias of WOW as a basis for comparison, and why not? Its a great MMORPG.
DC Universe is in it's own right a very good MMO. Because when I play it I don't think of WOW, it simply is it's own. It's action, adventure, and some great co-op/versus style multi-player. I will admit as a gamer in this digital world you will enjoy it more if you're already a fan of the DC Universe ala comics. In this regard I admit my bias. However, the game promises what it delivers, it does not try to be something it's not.
So for those WOW fans who compare this game to WOW or the many WOW imitators over the years, don't.
DC Universe, is simply put: fun. Is it worth the $$$? I think so. It offers an arena of escape that offers you the chance to become a superhero/villian in a comic book universe over 75 years old.
Is this an MMO for everyone? NO, it's not. But it is a GOOD game and a GOOD MMO that stands alone as a great action/adventure game.
