This game is a gem and stands out despite its many technical bugs.

This is one of those games that I can say honestly is a rare gem. It competes with its genres giants which are Dead Rising and Left 4 Dead. It actually manages to give you a great look at a zombie game and dont forget the fun factor that comes along with it. You are thrown into the role of 1 of 4 characters you upgrade your character and fight for survival on an island filled with mindless zombies who only have one thing on their mind and thats killing you. Luckily for you you're immune to this zombie outbreak,unlucky you can still be killed by the flesh eating mongers. On the bright side the island is filled with melee weapons to bash against the zombies to create an absolute gore fest. Thats actually its main goal is to get you to use melee weapons instead of guns. The mechanics are great,you can chop slice and dice your weapons through the zombies flesh creating dynamic injuries in real time. But on the downside you will find this zombie killing adventure buggy and glitchy at times.But they are currently working on patches so this should change. With that being said the game has plenty of content including great quest to complete and plenty of items and weapon mods to create,also you have a massive map to explore and the whole time your exploring you're on your guard of the zombies who can come from any direction at any moment. The main story is what you would expect from a zombie game although the cutscenes are buggy and stiff they still get the point across. It still provides an interesting adventure for you. The game can be enjoyed through single player campaign or through an engaging co-op experience. To me its fun on both. With that being said this should definatly be a game that you check out.
