Fast paced fighting fest.

One of the 1st PS2 games I remember, dead or alive 2 its addictive and a very fast paced beat m up with brutal fighting styles with brutal moves and great animation, the game has a tag mode in closed arenas, this is very cool punching your opponents to the walls and smack them into the walls with agressive moves, in 1on1 you can punch and kick your oponent into other parts of the scenarios by breaking a door by kicking your opponent with a strong kick into the door and with this you'll get to another part of the scenario.
Its a more fast paced and not to tactical beat em up compared to tekken and more button mash, of course you need time if you want to master it, great are cool but it was one of the 1st PS2 games as well as a DC port so don't expect something out of normal, the worst thing in dead or alive 2 its that there are not lots of characters to unlock (only 2) and you can finish the game quickly with all characters, but you have some suits to each character but this is maybe not worth the time, the game can get much more interesting playing with a friend cause after having unlocked everything (its not much) there is not much to do in the game.

Gameplay - 8 kind of button mashing but very entertaining
Graphics - 8 nice looking for a early PS2 game
Sound - 8 the sound effects of punchs kicks falls are all great, and soundtrack its nice but nothing special.
value - 6 there is not much to do in the game after you unlock everything.
