While I agree with the idea that there could have been more done with this game, instead of complaining about all of the ideas that might have been implemented, I'd rather focus on what is in the game. And it's simply a really fun game to play that's easy on the eyes. =) There's no denying that the graphics are amazing. There is a lot of variety in terms of both the number of outfits you can collect, as well as the events that take place when you visit different locations. If you wanted to, you could just spend an entire play "season" just watching the girls run in the sand, swim in the pool, swing under a tree, etc... The volleyball game itself is a lot of fun, but not as deep as some other volleyball games available. But this isn't supposed to be a professional volleyball simulation, and that's where I think many critics have missed the point. The game is literally about the girls of DOA hanging out on the island, playing volleyball, and having a good time. There isn't any pro volleyball tournament or league. It's just about a group of girls having fun to pass the time. And if your idea of having fun includes the idea of watching girls (granted, virtual girls) frollic in the sun, then you can't go wrong with this game.
