Planets aren't the only thing breaking.
User Rating: 10 | Dead Space X360
Dead Space is highly immersive, suspenseful, and hard to keep playing. The music gives the game and atmosphere that is hard to come by, let alone create, and it submerses you into a nightmare, that nightmare pulls you into a mind bending and breaking conflict. In Dead Space, you'll find yourself fighting yourself, enemies, and the environment, proven fact through trailers, I swear to you. The physical atmosphere to the game, the characters reactions, emotions, they all play important roles, and keep you on edge, wondering who is gonna be there for you, who won't. Even as a veteran to horror/survival games, I found myself running my pants off in that game, and not holding it for more than two to the three hours at a time.
Emotion in the game is portrayed so well by all characters, that it's hard to forget you see nothing from Issac. But, the game begins lacking here, all fans, turn away from my horrorific ending. Issac is not entirely moved through the game, portrayed really. He never talks, never shows fear. He does have the occasional deathly cry, but that's during those moments you just got eaten. Sometimes, the game keeps you too turned on too, making it frustrating to handle, but none the less, I will hold to my rating of 10. The game truly deserves it.
I hope you all enjoy this game, please, I recommend checking it out.
