Meh...run, shoot, run, shoot...Shadow!
In any case, it took me a while to finally get around to popping in the disc and trying it out. It was alright...we'll start there.
The graphics? They're pretty good, as far as I see. Pretty realistic except for Shadow himself...looks nothing like a Malamute, but I'm sure most people won't focus on his detail all too much. :P
The characters? Boring. Very bland and plain, not to mention cliche.
The voice acting? Same as above. Nothing special about it. Many times, it actually sounds kinda cheesy.
Gameplay? Very plain. There isn't a whole lot you can really do, to be honest. Lock on, shoot, jump, crouch, slow-mo, call Shadow...that's about it. The controls and the camera are pretty clunky too. One of my favorite things about it though is getting to involve Shadow and call on him to attack...which I do quite a bit, just because it's the most enjoyable part to me. There doesn't seem to be much strategy to the game...it all just counts on being fast.
The story? Uh....wait, what story? The plot is almost non-existent and the little plot there is is so cliche and over-used that it's rather tiresome. A serious example of been there, done that.
Overall? Maybe rent it...maybe. Or find it really cheap. Just don't expect too much out of it except mindless shooting.
