It's not a realistic experience, bad console port...

User Rating: 5.5 | Deer Hunter Tournament PC
I usually dont write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this short warning for all you pc gamers.

The game lacks realism:

- You can spot an animal from 800 yards away (eagle sight)
- The animals behave unrealistically when shot at running in circles like a headless chicken
- The environment looks incomplete, even on ultra graphic detail
- the sound is terrible, the wind feels like a jet airplane passing over the forest and the gunshots sound more like a baby pistol being shot inside a tiny bedroom
- The movement of the hunter itself is weird (sorry couldn't find better words on this one...)

Overall? To make it short, the graphics are very, I mean, VERY outdated (I play games from 2004 with much better graphics). It feels like another simplistic console version of what the game should be. Developers shouldn't give minor quality console versions to pc gamers, specially in a type of game more suited to older mature players like myself. The sound is just terrible, I was hopping for a relaxed walk in the forest, instead I feel like I'm inside a 30 year old jet plane blowing in my ears for 2 hours. Doesn't take much to create a relaxing nature contact experience, is it?

Fellow readers, careful with this one, its an unfinished console version of what it should be, and I feel it lost too much from the original deer hunter games.
