Def Jam : Fight for NY is a great fighting game for PS2. You can do all kind of great moves in this game to knock someone out. The graphics are great along with the game play. In this game you can use the surroundings around you .... weapons if you will to help increase the amount of damage that you can bestow upon the other player. I love that! The music was o.k..could have been better and the story line wasn't too bad. Over all I think that this game is worth buying instead of renting first. In story mode you get to create your own characters look. it is amazing how you can do that. hair eyes, body build etc...it's your creation. I give this game an 8.5 on my point system.
