Defender of the Crown - sounds like an action - packed exciting game. It is very dissapointing.

The king of England has died leaving no heir. You play the role of a rather minor lord, wishing to be king. You have to defeat Saxon and Norman armies who try to stop you.

The game is primarily built around building u an army and moving into neighbouring lands and defeating enemies. The opposition is utterly ruthless and beats you at almost everything making the game almost impossible.

The battle mechanics are pretty boring and the game is built around a map. There are sometimes jousting tournaments, but these are very rare, far too short and quite boring and simple.

The game has very few game modes and no multiplayer and it is a bit short and monotonous, making this game a waste of money.

Overall, this game is a waste of money, it is very boring, lacks game modes and decent battle mechanics. Do not buy it.
