An awesome shooter that is pretty much unique in the genre.

This game is better than the first one. When i got the first one I instantly loved its humor and unique perspective for a game. This game is just as godd but has more parts to it. The most noticable part added is the two person co-op mode which really adds to the fun experianced in this game. Unfortunately it is also kind of annoying because you can't get to far apart or the game pulls you back together and the sauser flying in the co-op isn't very fun because somebody is crammed into a turret that can't aim high enough to be usefull making it so the two players have to constantly communicate so that they both can get a shot off. Another interesting part added to this sequel that there is no mothership making the levels much more open and making the players run around which is really fun if you are destroying humans on the way. The missions are usually pretty fun but the main story line is hard to follow and jumps from topic to topic. The humor that the first game was praised for is still there but it isn't in every single sentance like the one. The funniest things are when Crypto references the first game. There are almost twice as many weapons which is good because the old weapons got boring really fast. You have to find the datacores to these weapons which is kind of annoying if you can't find them straight away. Most of the new weapons are pretty fun except the anal probe ,which was my favorite gun in the first, which is ruined to almost uselessness. It is a lot longer than the first one, which isn't saying much, but it still has a good length to it. There are some physics issues (like people getting stuck in the ground) and some friendly AI issues, but these are easily overcome and don't distract much from this awesome game. Overall if you loved the first one or are looking for a fun co-op adventure than this is the game for you.
