Who doesn't like playing around with telekinesis and blowing stuff up? Short, simple, but amusing for a weekend.
With that said, the game makes a good rental. Though the concept wears thin, it does manage to amuse for a weekend or so, which is all the time the game should take to complete. It's junk food in the form of a game. Both the weaponry, and especially the mind powers, are satisfying and fun to use. Going up against law and army forces almost feels like a sci-fi Grand Theft Auto at times, but without the free roaming.
For as much fun as Destroy All Humans can be, it falls flat in execution. After a few levels, you've done just about everything and you're only playing to unlock slightly more powerful weapons and abilities. To make matters worse the stealth missions are tacked on are horrible, and only serve to further muddle the fun. If this game ever gets a sequel, I hope it becomes free roaming, GTA style. The mission based gameplay only serves to stifle the creativity found here.
