People that don't like this game don't have a sense of humor. The casual gamer will love it.

This is one amazing game. It takes all the cheesy, campy, stupid sci-fi cliches of the past and throws them all into a blender to produce this awesome game. It has great tongue-in-cheek humor constantly prodding at itself for it's subject matter. I personally enjoyed every single minute of it. Yes, it did have some problems, but if you have a soul and enjoy video games, you should be able to look past these problems. It was a little too short. A lot of people are saying it gets repetitive, but I was just getting into it. Sure you have psychokinesis where you can lift people in the air, but not until later can you buy the power to lift tanks and chuck those as far as you can. It is amazingly addicting. Also being in your UFO and destorying every building, car, tank, and person is sight will put a smile across your face every time. But back to the problems. There are occasions of pop up during cutscenes and while in the UFO. The story also probably could have been fleshed out a little more. The game made sense with the story, but on some of the missions I was wondering what it had to do with what was going on in context. But regardless, this is a game not to be missed. It is greatly underappreciated and a must play for anyone with a PS2 or Xbox.
