Read minds, blow people, do it all over again...
The game has an easy control system as you drag your angry alien up and down making the most naughty things you could do; such as impersonating a human, making cows dance, controling human minds, collecting their brains, flying them up into the air and down to the earth like if they were toys, and finally, scattering horror all over the inferior kind that the humans are. Just plain fun... during the first few stages... Then you just realise that you've done something very similar to that mission somewhere in the game already. In other words, it's VERY repetitive, specially when you have to face one of those stages where it's very easy to fail, because that usualy means going a LONG way back and doing many boring things again; boring because as I said, they are repetitive. It has a lot of originality but unfortunately such was not well distributed throughout the game. Conrtoling your ufo is pretty cool though, since it's near indestructible and you can bring down every single building in the city just to see the pathetic human beings running around scared to hell. Both Cryptosporidium and it's UFO have a nice arsenal that will remind you of movies suchas Mars Attacks and others.
The graphics are pretty good, actually they are one of the best around. There are big scenarios with a great deal of life into them, with humans walking up and down (by the way, it's pretty nice and fun to read their minds and realise the different kinds of thoughts they have depending on the city you are).
The sound is pretty good as well, remiscent of bad sci-fi movies (which is the objective of the game after all, and the game is utterly well accomplished in this area I must say). The voice acting is wonderful as well.
This game could have been perfect was it not for the repetitive missions. It's worth the play if you're only looking for a quick entertainment and don't care about getting to the end of the game.
