One word: Mayhem
Firstly the graphic are great. The damage, explosions, etc are great, the cars look up (especially when you upgrade it), the opponents cars look great (but not when you smash into them full on) and the overall graphics are great.
Okay, the AI of the other cars. Well, they don't give you a minuets peace. The continually smash you up, trying to destroy you. They also start smashing the opponents cars up, these cars know what they are doing, unlike some games when they just drive off the edge or smash into a barrier without any reason.
The sound in my opinion is a mixture. It is mostly rock, but still goes well with this game. It also matches the races well. However, when you view a replay, it only plays one song, which gets on your nerves.
The gameplay is great. A lot of fun to play and smash other people cars up. You actually have a mild story and background to each of the driver and why they are in the Destruction Derby. You can go on this game is you feel destructive and just get right into the action. Easy control over that cars, until you get hit and smashed up, and easy to hit other peoples cars. This is what destruction Derby is all about.
Overall, this game is good if you are a fan of any type of crashing games, or something like that. I highly recommend you buy this.
