This is a great game which has been underappreciated.
DMC2 comes with 2 discs. Disc 1 lets you play as Dante, the main male character and disc 2 allows you to play as another female character (I forgot the name already). DMC2 is an action adventure game where you control your character to beat all the evil spirits from hell. Both the playable characters have short range and long range weapons, and you can find many different weapons in the game. All weapons are all very cool looking and offer different style of playing and serve different purposes.
This game’s graphic is very nice and the music and sounds are also great. This game has a short and straight forward story and the best part of the game is the gameplay itself. The fighting action is this game is so cool especially Dante with his guns. Both characters have some cool moves and there is a boss fight in each stage of the game. All monster and bosses are well designed and this game also has a lot of secret level to discover.
This game has different level of difficulties and if you beat the game in different mode, you can unlock another playable character and different costume for the characters. I have completely unlocked everything except for the last difficulty for the female character. In other word, this game offers great replay value.
As conclusion, DMC2 is a great action adventure game that you cannot miss. If you are not sure about it, then rent it and try out first. But I still recommend all to buy this game.
