Great game for a great price means you won't go wrong picking up this title.
Graphically this is a pretty good looking game. The characters and enemies are nicely detailed and creepy looking. The environment is just as detailed and the destruction is well represented with debris. One level in particular really stands out. In one of the missions you are inside the body of a giant beast. The designers did an excellent job here bringing the environment to life and giving it a disturbingly organic feeling.
The sound is well represented with a grinding metal soundtrack complete with low gutteral lyrics. The sound effects are really well done with metal on metal when weapons collide to enemies laughing when they appear and screaming when you dispatch them. The voice actors do an excellent job with the dialog also with my favourite being Vergil's.
As for the extras there are quite a few such as playing the game as Vergil, a 9,999 level dungeon of just purely fighting enemies from one level to the next getting progressively harder, extra costumes, artwork and video clips. They are all quite good except when playing as Vergil there is no story from his perspective nor does he have an ending. This is probably the only real disappointment with the game other then that it's a great game and one you should pick up if you enjoyed previous DMC games or similar titles like God of War and Ninja Gaiden.
