really lets just get the bad out of the way, i played dmc3 and thought holy s*** this is hard. i didnt beat it sadly but i did beat this great masterpiece. really dmc3 special edition is just an apology from capcom from how stupifyingly hard it was and with a few more bonuses. really gameplay remains the same as it did before except when you play as vergil [it gets a lot easier as vergil]. the bad -now, the voice acting is decent but needs to evolve like the resident evil series V.O. evolved over time. it also needs the free roam camera control like resident evil 4 , although the camera was never problematic.the good- the graphics were really good and the animations looked flawlessly done adn dante looks like hes ganna kick ass the whole game. vergil gives the game a new side of replayabilty and greatness not seen before dmc and id love to see thiis in other games as a bonus and not just in special editions.. the gameplay is flawless. the combat fluidity has a little bit of a learning curve but really isnt bad and suddenly it all came together, and boom!!!, i was flipping around killing everything and efforltessly making combos after a few hours. the boss batles, there huge as can be and theres plenty of them. and the weapons are wacked out [well there more just like ninja giaden with numchuks and sword and such] but the weapon that takes the cake is the guitar. i loved it since im an avid guitar player [in real life not guitar hero, i dont play that game] so it seemed great. all in all this isnt really what dmc 3 shouldve bean more like i wished this was the first version of the game and not a special edition and most of the quibles on gamespot would be solved. really this is just about fighting demons and looking great doing it and devil may cry 3 dantes awakening special edition, does it better than any other game in the world.
