This game is a whole lotta fun the entire way through. The controls are simple and easy to pick up. The special abilities are nice to look at and fun to use. In fact, this may be one of the best action shooters ever made for the PS2. The sequences in between the different levels are entertaining and really get the player hyped up about what is happening in the game. The game's main character, Dante, is one of the most hardcore characters in the gaming world. The game looks really nice especially during the moments when the player is using Dante's special abilities. My only gripe about this game is that I feel as though the game is way too easy. It did not take much effort to run through this game, but I had a blast in the process! I recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of action shooters. It'll make you want to play the sequels... maybe even Devil May Cry 2!
