I have never played any previous Diablo games, so I think that gives a fresh perspective since I have nothing to compare it to. The bottom line is that I had beaten it once and spent the entire time wondering how these Diablo games were so popular and why it received such high praise from reviewers. It wasn't until I went online and read the user reviews that I finally understood. Blizzard dropped the ball on this one. I had beaten the game once and really had no desire to keep going. My account had already been hacked within the first week, which was complete garbage and I didn't even consider the RMAH since I had no faith in Blizzard's security, but I heard it's a money grab by Blizzard anyway. The famed looting was not fun at all. To try to change things up, I tried creating a new character with a new class, but I could not get back into it. It was tediously repetitive and I had no desire to play it anymore. Also, the campaign was absurdly short of expectations. I truly feel sorry for the players who waited the ten or so years from Diablo 2 and received this game.
I hope Blizzard is hearing all the complaints and will do better instead of sitting on their money pile laughing.
