User Rating: 10 | Die Hard Trilogy PS
I have only seen the first Die Hard movie (and a bit of Die Hard With A Vengence) but I thought it rocked. Now, when I was looking up Die Hard on Youtube a few months ago I noticed a game I had never heard of before. That game was Die Hard Trilogy. Even though I didn't know anything about it I thought it looked fantastic. A few days later I saw a copy of the game at Game Stop and I thought: "Why not, this might be fun". And it wasn't fun. It was AMAZING!!!! Here, I'll tell you why:

In Die Hard trilogy each of the three Die Hard movies (This game was made before the forth one) are made into three different games. Die Hard is a third person shoot 'em up, Die Hard 2: Die Harder is a light gun game and Die Hard With A Vengeance is a driving game.

The Die Hard game is a game where you, John Mcclaine are running around the floors of Nakatomi Plaza in an effort to stop Hans Gruber and his terrorists blowing up the place. Game play is simple, go save some hostages and kill the bad guys. At the end of each level (with the exception of the bonus stages) you'll always have to find a time bomb placed somewhere. If you make it in time you move on to the next stage, but if you don't you'll lose a life and will have to start all over again. While the game can get repetitive, it's a very good game and definitely worth playing.

Die Hard 2: Die Harder is a lightgun game set at Dulles airport where you're gunning down terrorists with your gun. Along with Time Crisis, this is one of the best gun game on the PlayStation. One very cool detail is that almost every object at the airport is shootable (you will see bullet holes and you can destroy signs and windows) which makes the game even more enjoyable. At first I didn't like this game since I couldn't get my lightgun to work but when I did, this game was great.

On to the last game Die Hard With A Vengeance. This one is a driving game where you're racing through New York City in a struggle against the clock to find bombs placed within the city. When I looked up Die Hard Trilogy on Youtube, some guy had made a video stating that this game was the worst driving game he'd ever played. Sure it's not like Driver or GTA, but it's not that bad! (even though you have to press down on the D-pad to reverse)

Overall, Die Hard Trilogy is a great game that every PlayStation owner should own. It's solid game play and rocking soundtrack will never ever let you down.
