Best played in multiplayer mode. ( Recommended Only to Digimon World Players ).

Digimon World 4, this game is pretty straight forward. You play as a Digimon ( Not as a Trainer ) with a Weapon in hand, if you have played the old Digimon World games, you play as a trainer, and you most certainly know that the Digimon Series had always been seemingly been doing disappointing games, I'd say ( One day ) they would get the hang of it and develop a Great Digimon World game. Getting back to the game, You play through the game just bashing ( X button ) through every part of the map given to you by the commander, killing each and every piece of Evil Digimons in sight, and eventually get to finish the game.

The gameplay is pretty "easy" if i may say, you'll be jumping, slashing, guarding and healing all through the game. Graphics are pretty average for a PS2 title. There seems to be no story because you'll be like, just following the commanders orders, and beating every map that will be open for you to explore. There are 10 sidequests for the game for you to play with longer and achieve different items and digivolutions.

I really don't recommend this game to an average gamer. I also don't feel like recommending this to Digimon Fans, but only to Hardcore Digimon World Fans.

Overall:
Digimon World 4 is a Fair Multiplayer Action Game. ( playing with friends )
but is not recommended to regular gamers.
