Dino crisis 2 is definetly better than any other "kill the dinosaur"game out there for the playstation!It's has a very in depth storyline,not to mention awesome weapons and areas to explore! The graphics of Dino crisis 2 is a lot like 1 but betterly enhanced!Also the movies of the game are well done,and realistic looking!The areas look perfect;just like a prehistoric jungle!Also the dinosaurs were done very nicely! The sound of the game is great!You get to hear the crunching of the ground below you,the roar of a dinosaur charging,or the many sounds of a jungle!Everything about the sound of the game makes you feel like your there!The voice overs in the game are done very nicely too!Regina the main character sounds very dramitic;like she's really in the middle of a prehistoric jungle that's filled with man eating dinosaurs!Her friend(I forgot his name)is not as good as she is(sound wise)bit it doesn't effect the story much! The gameplay is very fun:it's alot like resident evil and parasite eve games!If you have played these games than you should have a nice feel for the controls!In the game you get a variety of weapons including shotguns,machine guns,heavy machine guns,rocket launchers,and a machete/laser sword thing!As you play you must be careful not get hit while your trying to get combo kills,because this is the only way to get money to buy new weapons/items!There are a veriety of levels to play in the game ranging from urban jungles,caves,facilities,underwater,and shooting from a vehicle such as a humvee or a boat! Overall Dino Crisis 2 is a must play for capcom game lovers!This game is extremely fun and worth every penny.You should definetly add both of them to your collection!
Dino Crisis had first come out just before Resident Evil:Nemesis so it was kinda buried. It shouldnt be tho! This is an Excelent game! Capcom did a really good job on creating a great new enviorment and a whole new twist... Read Full Review
