A buy for abbid fans of the series, a rental for FPS players, and a rental, then buy for both.

I have to say that I am not a fan of FPS, mainly because of Halo and Halo 2 (I dun own themz but friends of mine do and I am always cornered and shot like the newbie that I am ^^'), anyways, I bought the game because I love Vincent, before he looked soo bad-assed from FF7:AC, or when a selected few knew that he was a secret character for FF7. But to get on, after my purchase of the game and playing it for a little, I have to say that I love it to death. Not my number one game of all time due to some things that should have been done to the game, but that may be another story for when asked. I liked the over all animation for the game, you can tell the difference between the play graphics and the GCI graphics, which is a "meh" in my books. I wasn't too keen on the VAs, because I didn't like Steven Blum VA Vincent (VA Spike, Roger Smith, Tom off of Toonami, and several other roles). I would have prefered Crispin Freeman to VA Vincent (VA Alucard from Hellsing, Abel form Big O, some minor roles on both games and anime), but fans of the vampire genre might think that it was Alucard in FF7: AC and not Vincent. Though, over all, the VAing for the games was alright, but could have been better.

I liked the music for the game. It was a little different compared to the normal VGM that I hear. I think because it is more of an Eastern Rock band and I listen to alot of the type of genre, I feel for it. I wish that there was an OST for it, and I am still looking.

Gameplay was ok, as said, there were a couple of things that I wish that were tweaked. I wish that there was a better dodging system, though that couple be that I suck at dodging in general XP And, since this was an rpg/action/FPS for Vincent, why have Cait Syth and the theif (whos name escapes me at the moment...) oh, wait... Yuffie, there you go. I just don't see them in there. But this is just me.

Over all "A buy for abbid fans of the series, a rental for FPS players, and a rental, then buy for both."
