It is a good game that is fun in its own right with good graphics and a interesting story line.

The game has been under rated and bashed for being boring and lacking in every way. I disagree, it is a fun game that puts you up against a underground organization as one of FF VII most interesting side characters, Vincent Valentine. The story picks up after Advent Children and is good enough to keep you going through the 10 hours of play time or so, and the gameplay, though not great or innovative is nowhere near terrible. The game does stray a little from the Final Fantasy series feel but on its own is a fun game that any FF VII player would enjoy.
Yes it isn't as good as the original or even near the same level, but it still is a game worth playing. It has CG graphics on par with Advent Children and has plenty of side missions for after the credits role. I would recommend to all FF VII fans and especially if you are craving for more of the story.
