Over rated, over hyped, excessively disappointing

To be honest had this game not had the fancy FFVII window dressing, no one would have even noticed this game existence. This does not feel like Final Fantasy VII and that is not a good thing. Considering anyone who buys this game wants a basic, fun and FFVII filled good, they get to leave extra disappointed. The game simply lacks everything that made the original fun. Yes I understand Squenix is trying to extend their roster but if the products are this disappointing, then whats the point? FFVII is something that probably should stop being tampered with. Subpar sound, muddy graphics and a fairly broken shooter system make me wonder if Squenix even cared about their fans.
