As long as the tires go brown, the game drains its excitement to make up its weakness. Try to avoid it instead.
The gameplay, is just boring. Aiming for just bronze, you could easily get to the Pro tier and complete World Tour within 4+ hours. There are 5 challenges and 4 difficulties each, which are the Airtime, Gatecrasher, Trailblazer, Powerslide, and the Last Man Standing event. They were really easy, since you could easily get a medal and also, a bronze is not different from a silver and gold, making these challenges way easy, with only a few exceptions.
Sound effects can be horrible. You could really hear the annoying screech of powerslides and engine sound. They bring an earache to the game whenever you play it. These sounds are just ugly.
Opponents behave quite strange, since they sometimes slow down too much during a curve, and sometimes simply will try to foolishly bump into you while they are advancing rather than move aside to advance, simply blocking these cars. And these cars are sometimes also prone to accidents and have to respot their car.
Graphics of variety of vehicles are somewhat good but a little speckled. They always become dirty as you use them, making their tires and underside brown. However, though courses are innovative, they are graphically busted, as it look quite plain and the sky quality is relatively low, making their environments ugly and distracting.
The special vehicle, actually can be used in any World Tour events and it is overpowered, and is basically much stronger than the counterpart in the real world. Other vehicles are, have a variety of stats including their max. speed and the number of gears, which can be 5 or 6.
Dirt 2 for the PSP is much like the Wii, since it is graphically broken, has ugly sound effects and most gameplay is basically too easy to get a bronze.
