This game is the biggest piece of shit ive ever laid my hands on, im about to call steam and demand a refund. It feels completely different than all the other dirt games. I love dirt, its my favorite racing game of all time, but when im in a car and i cant even make a corner going 30 because of the unrealistic traction control and momentum of the car trying to slide on dry asphalt and concrete like im on ice. I have a honda civic si and i know ive never gotten close to sliding making a corner like you do in dirt rally. Dirt once prided themselves on their physics and this is just rubbing its name in the mud. I played dirt 2 and 3 to death beat them multiple times and was setting top record race times on ever track i encountered. I cant even play this garbage on easy difficulty after strenuous tuning trying to solve why the steering response time is way faster than all the others and why the physics are way the hell off. The only good thing about this game is the graphics which are beautiful thats why im giving them a 3. I cant even enjoy playing the game cause the cars are squirrely and completely alien feeling. I refuse to believe that i can beat a 01 wrx sti with a big ass turbo that can 0-60 in 2 seconds in my honda because it cant stay on the damn road. If you love dirt like i do, stick to the old ones cause i almost immediately uninstalled it after i couldent even place above 8th place doing rally where theres no dirt ice or anything on the road. Dont trust these other peoples reviews, they obviously never played the older ones that are way better. I cannot stress this enough just how much this game sucks dick.
