This game has potential, but a few things let it down.
User Rating: 6 | Disney's Aladdin GBA
This port to the GBA is solid, and is reminiscent of the game from the 1997 demo for the PC. Gameplay is side-scrolling, challenging, and nicely put together. It is a delight to play, controls are very simple, and is just the right amount of frustrating to get you into the game. It's fantastic for a Disney platform game. A notable fault in the game is the lack of a save option. I've made it to the second world but am unable to save the game for some reason and have to play from the beginning to get where I was last.
The music and graphics are charming, and as noted previously, a nice port from the 1997 demo. Could be better, but I honestly wasn't expecting wonders from this game, it is a disney port after all.
A great dose of nostalgia, nice graphics, challenging and beautifully designed world make this game worth it.
